A bold Japanese-Chinese classic for dipping:

Tantan Tsukemen

Same flavor profile as the Tantanmen, but served as Tsukemen, i.e. dipping Ramen.

Dip made with a super flavorful double soup made from chicken and pork bones, fresh mussels, and katsuobushi, paired with our thin, slurpy homemade dipping noodles.

Topped with a savory blend of ground pork and beef, fermented chilies, spring onions, coriander, and a perfectly marinated egg. Finished with a sesame-peanut seasoning and a drizzle of fruity habanero chili oil for a bold, unforgettable flavor (not too spicy though).
