Tantan Tsukemen

Double soup of chicken and pork with fresh mussel dashi with sesame paste seasoning and Habanero chili pepper oil. Instead of thin noodles the Tsukemen comes with thick house-made noodles, spicy minced pork, scallions and coriander.
